Valderine is originally from Long Island, Bahamas. She travelled to New Providence, Bahamas after her high school education to successfully complete an Associates of Art Degree in Accounting in 1993 at The University of The Bahamas. One of her dreams before she completed high school was to work at one of the Big Five Accounting firms at the time of their existence. As a result, she extended her education at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting.
She fulfilled that dream shortly after her return from university where she spent many very inspiring years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Valderine further ventured into the private sector until 2009, when she finally identified her second career in real estate and obtained her Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) license.
Primarily based on Valderine’s need to fully challenge her ultimate potential in the business world, she decided to create her real estate company. Overall, it was not an easy journey for Valderine but with God’s help, she has developed an even greater passion to help others achieve all of their real estate needs. She is all smiles as she helps each person with many obstacles that may arise during the purchasing and/or renting process. You cannot but think what else you can buy or rent with her extraordinary support once your transaction is completed.
Valderine enjoys spending time especially with her adorable daughter and only child, SaSa, parents and siblings; traveling; preparing unique dishes; walking bare feet on the beach; interior designing and landscaping.

Jason also has a high level of integrity and dedication displayed in years of management in the hotel industry and over 15 years as a full-time associate pastor at one of the largest churches on the island. Erica is a Bahamian attorney with experience in intellectual property law, company formation and management, real estate law, wills, estate planning, probate and legislative drafting and policy review. She has worked in both the legal and offshore sectors in The Bahamas.
Erica regularly counsels financial institutions on domestic mortgages and debentures and conveyancing matters. She has experience in resort development, condominium matters and resident and commercial leases.
Erica is a 2-year (2022-2023) member of the Trademark Office Practice Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and co-chairs the Intellectual Property Committee of The Bahamas Bar Association.
She constantly find herself in real estate transactions and as a result has developed her additional passion to help people accomplish their real estate ownership goals. Erica’s guidance from the beginning to the end of owning real estate in The Bahamas has made her a very special person in the field who fully understands and appreciate how important this journey is for each individual. Her readiness to help has made her a go-to-professional in real estate with excellent and rewarding legal advice along the way.

Clifton Charles is originally from The Commonwealth of Dominica. He moved to the Bahamas for work as a Land Surveyor in 2005 after previously working for the Government of Dominica for five years in the same profession. His duties as a land surveyor in the Bahamas has him constantly involved with the buying and selling of properties for private individuals, banks, first time homeowners and investors alike.
He has a lot of knowledge on the process of buying and selling properties and the pros and cons that facilitate a smooth transaction. Clifton is always willing to help new and seasoned purchasers and vendors with all of their real estate needs and most importantly, keep a smile on your face during the journey.
His background offers you nothing but comfort in helping you achieve your lifetime real estate investment goals on any island or cay in The Bahamas. Clifton enjoys travelling and visiting new places both for work and leisure as a change of scenery is always a welcomed opportunity.
