The  Verandah House Condo also features cross-ventilated living spaces with plentiful windows and raised ceilings with painted wood finish and Hunter ceiling fans. The kitchen has custom shaker-style wood cabinetry with soft-close drawers, granite and red oak butcher block countertops.  The sink and faucets are stainless steel and all appliances are GE Profile.  Bathroom features include Carrara marble vanity countertops, Kohler single-lever shower valves and Kohler towel bar and paper towel holder.

Additional features include indoor waste and recycling containers and a covered golf cart port with electrical charging system.
